Comprehensive insights into the various activities of the department, including:
Deutsche Bank Collection: Assistance in equipping the branches with artworks from the collection. Handling of the documentation, library and Artothek – advice for staff members of Deutsche Bank in the selection of artworks for their offices. Participation in guided tours.
Exhibitions: Assistance in the preparation of exhibition catalogues; handling of copyright inquiries, i.e. research of contact partners, correspondence with galleries / artists; writing of captions.
Communications/press work: Assistance in/preparation of press texts, speeches, catalogue articles and internal as well as external memos.
Sponsoring: Assistance in the preparation of art fairs and current sponsoring projects.
Administration: Maintaining and updating the address database, general research on artists, galleries and copyrights.

Good written and spoken English skills. Ability to use Microsoft programmes is required. Currently valid documentation verifying university enrolment.
